Step 1. Enter your name, and invoice number.
Click, the 'Pay Now' button.

Step 2. Enter the payment amount, and scroll down the page, and click the 'continue' link.

Step 3: Fill out the payment form and at the bottom of the page, click the 'Review Order and Continue' button.
